    Customer Service Advisor – Vauxhall

    This is a customer service contact centre role. Candidates need to be computer literate and have a high standard of written and spoken English. The abilities to multi-talk and work well under pressure would be advantageous. Previous contact centre experience would be desirable. Main duties include:
    Answering incoming calls from customers
    Replying to general queries via e mail.
    Using our in house system to arrange the collection of customers’ waste and other related issues.
    Helping to provide a satisfactory solution to customers’ problems by liaising with area managers and depot staff
    Arranging for sales reps to visit new leads
    Assigning cases to sales reps for them to visit existing customers
    Our phone lines open at 8.00am and close at 6.00pm Monday to Friday. We do not open at the weekends. Depending on which job the candidate is allocated to these are the general shift patterns:
    8.00 – 4.30
    8.30 – 5.00
    9.00 – 5.30
    9.30 – 6.00


    £10.20 per hour
